Welcome to the Polaris Parent Advisory Council (PAC).
All parents/caregivers of Polaris students are automatically members of the PAC.
Our Executive Committee meets monthly on the third Monday of each month (September to June) and our AGM occurs each October. We welcome you to join us for meetings in person at Polaris or online via our Discord server.
Your voice and input matters! We welcome all parents/caregivers of Polaris students to participate in our meetings, events, fundraisers and future planning.
Mussi cho, thank you very much for your support!

Our Hot Lunch program is very popular and is the largest fundraiser for Polaris PAC! When you order online via https://polaris.hotlunches.net/admin/ your student(s) get a variety of healthy hot lunches and the proceeds go directly back to Polaris student initiatives.
Menus from several local restaurants give lots of options including Halal, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free meals.
Visit https://polaris.hotlunches.net/admin/ for registration and ordering. Re-registration is required each year as the site resets for privacy reasons.
We always need extra volunteer assistance with portioning and delivering Hot Lunch orders to classrooms. If you are able to help out for 45 minutes once a month on a Thursday please email Crystal-Lynn at polarispac@gmail.com. We appreciate your help and support of the Hot Lunch Program!

We respectfully acknowledge the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli T’enneh, on whose land we live, work, volunteer and play.

“The children of today will make all the discoveries of tomorrow. All the discoveries of mankind will be known to them and they will improve what has been done and make fresh discoveries. They must make all the improvements in houses, cities, communication, methods of production, etc. that are to be made. The future generation must not only know how to do what we can teach them, they must be able to go a step further.”
